Chicago Chapter Crawfish Boil


The Chicago Alumni Chapter of the Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association held its annual crawfish boil on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at McGees Tavern & Grille. Chapter boil master Andy Steigleder ‘97 helped serve up hot, delicious, flown-in, and boiled-on-site Louisiana crawfish with all the fixings: potatoes, corn, veggies, sausage, jambalaya, red beans & rice, beer, and soft drinks.
