New York Chapter Crawfish Boil


The New York Chapter of the Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association held its annual crawfish boil on Saturday, May 19, 2012, at Parkside Lounge. Chapter boil master, Chef Marc Hoppe ‘98, helped serve up hot, delicious, flown-in, and boiled-on-site Louisiana crawfish.

Tables were set up in the lounge's back concert room to eat and jam out to two great Loyola alumni bands:  Peter Honan '09 and his eight-person brass band Brassmeister Fuller and Ricky Ortiz '95 and his New Orleans jazz band the Zulu Kings.
