Our remarkable alumni and friends
Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association presents several honors annually to outstanding individuals who have shown their commitment to Loyola and their communities.
Adjutor Hominum Award
Presented by the university at the Alumni Association Jazz Brunch each spring, the award honors an outstanding alumna or alumnus whose life exemplifies those characteristics that Loyola seeks to form in its graduates--namely moral character, service to humanity, and unquestionable integrity. Nominations are due in February of each year.
Past recipients »Alumni Association Graduation Award
The Graduation Award is offered to graduating Loyola seniors. A $1,000 award will be granted to one
graduating senior from each of Loyola’s colleges and graduate programs, and one
graduate student. The award will be applied towards the recipient’s student
loan account upon graduation certification. More information »
Alumni Legacy Scholarship
Presented annually to students who
have a parent, stepparent, or grandparent who is a Loyola graduate. The scholarship money is used for tuition, books,
room and board, or student fees.
More information »Athletics Hall of Fame
Presented annually by the Hall of Fame Commission, the award recognizes individuals or teams for outstanding accomplishments in intercollegiate athletics at Loyola. Recipients are recognized during half-time of a Wolfpack men’s basketball game each February, and honored at a post-game ceremony.

Bestowed by the College of Business Alumni Board at the annual
College of Business Alumni Luncheon, these two awards pay tribute to outstanding business alumni.
College of Law Glass Honoree
This award is presented to
someone affiliated with the College of Law at the
Law Alumni Bar Convention Reception during the Louisiana State Bar Association Annual
Meeting. This award honors individuals who have
volunteered service to the university or the college, or has
furthered the cause of the college or association.

This award is presented annually at the Annual Meeting to a graduate who represents the high standards of the profession of law. This award honors those who have volunteer their service to the university or the college, or furthered the cause of the college or association.
Volunteer Alumna(us) of the Year and Volunteer Young Alumna(us) of the Year
Presented annually at the Alumni Association Jazz Brunch, the award recognizes alumni, who have given most generously of their time, talent, and treasure to their alma mater and community.
