Alumni Chapter Crawfish Boils

Crawfish is one of the many things that connects alumni near and far to New Orleans. We are bringing this spicy delicacy to you! Several chapter cities across the U.S. know a thing or two about this Cajun crustacean and would like to invite alumni and friends in their area to a boil! The crawfish season starts in early spring and continues into June. Each year the Alumni Association welcomes the newest class of alumni with a huge crawfish boil the day before graduation.
