Alumni Chapter Crawfish Boils

Crawfish boils are a huge favorite among alumni, family and friends at Loyola University New Orleans. The crawfish season starts in early spring and continues into the summer months. You don’t have to be in New Orleans to enjoy crawfish season.  Several chapter cities across the U.S. know a thing or two about this Cajun crustacean and they celebrate with their own chapter crawfish boils. 

Each year the Alumni Association welcomes the newest class of alumni with a huge crawfish boil the day before graduation. The Annual Senior Crawfish Boil, hosted by the Alumni Association, is planned for Friday, May 11th, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
